calculate the heat flux

My test section is a
straight copper tube of the inner diameter of 0.014 m and the
length of 1.7 m. The copper tube is heated uniformly by wrapping
with two nichrome heaters of 20 gauge, having a resistance of
53.5Xper meter length and 1000 W maximum rating and subject
the entire test section to constant heat flux boundary condition.

i want to know the quantity of heat flux..?
plz help me ..
